It is believed there are three types of mind-body types - called Doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. These blends draw on the knowledge of these to create personalised essential oil blends.

Bohobo recommend using the 10ml roller on the Marma points at the base of your thumb and in the centre of the sole of your foot. Press firmly and slowly and roll in clockwise circles.
