The Mushroom Bar: regenerate elasticity (all skin types)

The Mushroom Bar contains real chaga mushrooms which grow on birch trees. Interestingly Chaga helps keep these trees healthy and strong so it's no surprise they are great for our skin too. Mushrooms are an amazing source of melanin, the bars contain beneficial potassium and calcium.

Chaga mushrooms have the ability to restore elasticity to your skin. It does so by encouraging the regeneration of skin cells which make your skin look brighter and younger. It has naturally occurring betulinic acid which moisturises, heals and tones skin that might be dry, irritated and inflamed. If you want your skin feeling incredibly soft, supple and smooth then this bar is for you!

  • Cruelty-free and vegan.

  • No SLS. No parabens. No synthetics. No palm oil.

  • Very kind to all skin types

TANAKA is the amazing independent soap brand conceived and led by Leonara Manyangadze. Tanaka, pronounced tah-nah-kah,  is a Zimbabwean Shona name which means 'we are good' something Leonara says guides her mission. She single handedly make these luxury bars of soap to promote skin health and wellbeing, whilst also reducing the plastic waste of usual bathroom products.
