The Role

We are looking for a part-time administration assistant who is interested in working in our award winning Cabot Circus Shop. The person will be assisting with the management of stock using digital apps, communication with makers via email, updating our online website via Shopify and helping with our marketing on social media using scheduling apps.

The person must be competent using Excel/Google sheets, very confident on a computer and enjoy methodical tasks. They will have the ability (and interest) to solve unexpected tasks and enjoy finding solutions.


Prior Shop is an independent Not-For-Profit Conscious Lifestyle Shop in Bristol that showcases some of the UK's upcoming and leading responsible designers. ​Committed to conscious living and consumption, we showcase beautiful design-led, handcrafted work that is made responsibly, sustainably and mindfully.

We also have a workshop space, gallery and are a community hub in Bristol's City Centre. We also offer free business mentoring to our makers, spearhead collaborative community projects and offer advice and support to the wider creative community.

Our shop is in the heart of retail. We are found in Quakers Friars, Cabot Circus. Our neighbours are Oliva Bonas and Ted Baker. Monday and Tuesday 10am - 6pm. 

*More hours available during school holidays, Christmas period and to cover staff holidays and sickness.

Contract - Permanent     

£11 per hour / £8,008 per year / £22,880 pro rata.
