Hand-thrown in Bristol by Nicholas Dover, these beautiful mugs feature an ergonomic pulled handle, and at a generous 380ml, are the ideal size for a large cup of tea.
Description
Nicholas' maker's mark - his signature if you will - is visible on the underside of the mug, whilst the inside has a satin white glaze, and outside in a beautiful blue/green glaze. Where these glazes meet creates a unique, one of a kind, rippled effect like a wave breaking. The speckled stoneware clay underneath interacts with the glaze in an interesting way. Beautiful work, wonderfully executed.
