Price List For Event Space Hire

We have multiple options for you to hire our gallery and events space.

Option 1: Whole Gallery Hire

If you would like to make use of the whole gallery space, this is available for hire 5 times a year for a maximum duration of 2 weeks. It is available in March, May, July and September. You can use the walls and floor space however you wish, as long as there is a route through the space for staff and provides a safe fire exit. 

You can hire this space for a minimum of 1 day and up to 2 weeks.

You are invited to invigilate your exhibition/event and manage the payments of work yourself via your own card reader. If you prefer, we can take the sales for you but will charge a commission of 30%. Please read our full terms and conditions (these can be emailed to you).  

£180 incl VAT per day (10am - 6pm)

£300 incl VAT - 5 days

£400 incl VAT  - 7 days

£700 incl VAT  - 14 days 

*£40 incl VAT per hour - Evening hire / Private view (6pm - 9pm) - this higher price is because we would have to pay for additional staff and electricity costs to open out of hours

 

Option 2: The Partial Gallery

This is a smaller space measuring 420cm x 270cm. This area we usually have a few tables and chairs for people to sit in and drink out coffee/tea and cake, however you can request the tables to be removed so you can use the floor space. This is a great space for smaller exhibitions, pop-up shops and small events.

You can hire this space for a minimum of 1 hour and up to 1 week.

£25 incl VAT per hour - During shop opening hours  (10am - 6pm)

£80 incl VAT per day (10am - 6pm)

£90 incl VAT - 5 days

Option 3: Wall Space

If you would like to showcase your wall based artwork, we have a 800cm wall for you to use. Your work will be on the walls of our retail area but with this option, you do not have to invigilate.

You can hire this space for either 1 week or 2 weeks.

Please note: Your work will be hung above our retail display and this could be above our clothing rails or display tables.

You will not be present for your show and all sales will be taken through our till. We will take 30% commision from each sale to cover VAT, our expenses and our promotional time.  Please read our full terms and conditions (these can be emailed to you).
