Refund policy

We do not offer refunds or accept returns on pierced jewellery, food or perishable items. Please read our General Returns policy below.

GENERAL RETURNS

You have 14 days from date of purchase to refund or exchange your order. 

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason the item you have received is faulty, damaged, you were sent the wrong item, or you have simply changed your mind, please send it back to us within 14 days of placing your order for a full refund, exchange, store credit or Gift Card.

We will only refund the return shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged or you were sent the wrong item. Unfortunately we do not have the profits to supply prepaid refund labels. 

The item must be unworn/unused, with price and labels attached (*excludes gifts) and in the original packaging. It must be 'shelf ready' so we can resell it immediately. Any product with damaged or incomplete packaging will not be refunded. 

PayPal Refunds

If you choose to pay via PayPal, please note that refunds can take up to 3 weeks to process.

Due to Shopify’s payment policies, all refunds must be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. PayPal sales are transferred to our bank account on a monthly payout schedule, which means we may need to wait for sufficient funds to clear before processing a refund back through PayPal.

We completely understand this can be frustrating, and unfortunately there is no alternative refund method available for PayPal transactions.

If you would prefer a faster resolution, we are happy to offer store credit immediately instead. Please just get in touch and we’ll arrange this for you straight away.

If you would like a refund, it will be processed back to the payment method or you can transfer the amount to a Gift Card/Store Credit.

    • You will need to return your unused, unopened and still in the original packaging item to us within 14 days from your order date. 
    • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or perishable items due to infection risk. 
    • Your refund will be processed upon receipt. Please ensure your order number and contact details are enclosed.
    • The return shipping costs will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty) and we will not be held responsible for missing items during their return. It is advised to return them 'tracked'. 
    • Refunds will need to be sent to the original payment method.
    • If you would like an exchange, postage will be required and the amount will be sent in a 'cart' via email.
