Comfy and cosy natural cotton baby trousers, perfect for crawling around this summer!

Description

Natural, breathable cotton trousers, ideal for little ones exploring.

They are made from raw cotton with a bamboo waist band for easy movement.

We only have one size available (6-12 months).

Materials and Care

100% natural cotton

The clothing is stitched in India by a small family run business that Jo knows personally. She visits India to visit the family when she can, and regularly video chats with them to check in. This leaves her with every reassurance that all appropriate standards are being met.

Due to the raw nature of the fabric and dyes, it is best to hand wash this garment in cold water to reduce the chance of shrinkage and damage. Natural fabrics that are woven from cotton, wool and flax will embrace their natural compositions. You may see flecks of white flax for example and the material will soften and beautifully 'patina' with age.

Care note from Prior Shop

Natural dye on natural fabric can sometimes have an uneven colour. This is due to the natural elements of all the ingredients, the natural oils, and unbleached surfaces. We choose to stock only naturally dyed fabric because it’s better for people and the planet, and we quite like the unique variations that occur in each garment.

To keep your item looking its best, please make sure you do the following (just to be on the safe side):

    • Hand-wash with cold/lukewarm water and ecological soap, as it’s kinder to the fabric.
    • Wash colours separately.
    • Do not tumble dry.
    • Do not leave in the sun to dry, as the sun will bleach the fabric and highlight ‘uneven’ patches.
    • Creases in natural fabrics fall out if the garment is hung.
    • If ironing, please place a sheet between the garment and the iron.

Elasticated bamboo waist band

Earthy tones
