These migraine sets are designed to help you to relax and sooth any headaches while you're sleeping or resting. This migraine set includes a reversible eye mask and a lavender eye pillow.
The weighted lavender pillow is designed to sooth with the gentle weight and calming aroma, this helps to ease tension, encourage relaxation and promote mindfulness. The lavender eye pillow of the migraine set can also be heated up or cooled down to further help tension.
Dimensions
The sleep set's eye mask is roughly 50-65cm head circumference.
Materials and Care
The migraine set comes with a sleep mask which one side is made from soft bamboo silk, and the other side a breathable cotton lining, it is reversible.
The sleep mask can be washed. Wash gently, or machine wash on a delicate at a low setting.
The lavender eye pillow must be spot cleaned and do not soak or wash as it will affect the lavender filling.
Do not tumble dry
