The healing properties of salt baths have been known for centuries, and this modern blend is no exception! It's packed with magnesium which promotes muscle relaxation and recovery and Himalayan salt for regeneration and skin health, along with a bit of organic Frankincense essential oil to reduce inflammation, and bergamot oil which is antibacterial and a natural cleanser.

How To Use
Fill a cup halfway, and empty into a warm bath. Soak as long as you like, but no less that 10-15 minutes to make sure your getting all the benefits of the oils and salts.
