Knitted in a bespoke Shetland-Romney lambswool yarn locally sourced from a farm in Somerset. These hats are warm, cosy and will keep your head cosy in those cool Autumn/Winter months.
Description
This hat is warm and cosy for the winter months. The ribbed brim is knitted in yarn hand dyed by Ria, with the body left plain to showcase the natural heathery tones of the yarn.
Available in one size which will fit all adult heads – the stretchy rib ensures a good fit for all.
Materials and Care
Single source, Mendip Shetland-Romney Lambswool
The yarn is dyed by hand by Ria using homegrown dye plants or food then knitted on vintage hand powered knitting machines in her Bristol studio. Due to the nature of natural dyeing, colours may vary slightly to the sample shown.
Madder Coral - This colourway has been dyed with the madder plant to give the soft coral shade. Due to the nature of natural dyeing, colours may vary slightly to the sample shown.
