Ingredients:
aqua/alcohol extract of stachys betonica (wood betony), scutellaria lateriflora (skullcap), verbena officinalis (vervain), matricaria recutita (camomile),
lavandula angustifolia (lavender), withania somnifera (ashwagandha).
To use: take 20-40 drops 1-3 times daily in a little water.
Shake before use.
