Tactile and functional ceramics made to be used and enjoyed everyday.
This handmade, hand built black stoneware plate has raw clay on the outside, buffed to a velvet matt. The inside has been glazed with transparent glaze, over the top of Carla's signature porcelain slip decoration. It is finished with an individual handmade 'makers mark' on the underside.
Please note: These items are individually hand glazed and you will not receive a plate exactly like the one pictured. The glaze will vary slightly in tone, colour and size.

22cm diameter x 2.5cm height.

Stoneware
Dishwasher proof and microwave proof but to preserve the quality and look of your handmade items we would recommend limiting dish washing to occasional use.
Can be used to reheat for short periods in the microwave but all dark items become hot very quickly in a microwave so please take care when handling.
