‘An exhibition exploring our grandma's pasts, the differences and events they experienced and how we have reinterpreted these as their granddaughters. From stories of living in far away lands to the household objects we remember them by, ‘Home Sweet Home’ is a celebration of their lives and the ideas it has given to us over the years.’
Through print, painting and collaborative pieces Iona DeSouza and Sarah Martin will showcase their quirky and uplifting work, remembering stories of those who have fuelled their curiosities and love for drawing. Come and join us from 6pm-9pm on the 8th August for the open view, or pop in until Sunday 11th August.
On Saturday they will be running a ‘Print your own tote bag’ workshop (more information on this to follow).
