Lauren Holloway

Lauren Holloway

Meet Lauren, Designer, Maker and Founder of Lauren Holloway. Lauren handcrafts a range of bags, laptop cases, toiletry storage and accessories using sustainable recycled leather mixed with beautiful cotton fabrics. The leather she uses in her products is made in the UK and reclaimed from hundreds of tonnes of waste leather hides bound for landfill.

Lauren loves the whole process of designing and making - from coming up with the initial idea to handpicking each element from fabrics to hardware, focusing not only on functionality but on aesthetics and originality. Her aim is to create beautiful products that are made with care and attention to detail with a focus on sustainable and ethical manufacturing.

One of her favourite materials would be sustainable fabrics such as linen, which will be featured in Laurens new eco range . Shep’s very much inspired by Japanese patterns and fabrics, especially the popular 'wave' design which she uses in many of her products. Lauren also loves forms found in nature such as leaves and flowers.
