Rosanna Morris' beautiful handmade print, 'Pear Red' celebrates the best of the harvest.
Description
Carved from lino and printed on handmade Nepalese Lokta paper, Rosanna uses non toxic professional printmaking inks and wraps all her prints in plastic free packaging.
Lokta is a native plant of the Himalayan foothills found above 3000 metres. It is a sustainable and renewable resource. Plants are cropped above ground level and can be re-harvested after 3-4 years. The papers are made using the traditional Nepalese floating mould method and sun dried on the frame.
